By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and submitting your details to the Driving Test Success ‘Find an Instructor’ you confirm that:
- You are an approved and registered Driving Instructor with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
- You have checked that all the details that you submit is both current and accurate.
- You agree to be contacted by our users regarding potential driving lessons
- You are happy for your company information to be included across both our learner driver products and on our websites.
- You are happy for Driving Test Success to modify and/or delete submitted content for whatever purposes we see as fit, without your express permission.
You can withdraw your information at any time by contacting us.
Inclusion within the Find an Instructor database is a free of charge service.
We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
When submitting your listing for the Find an Instructor database, you agree that the information you provide:
- Is fully accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- is not fraudulent;
- does not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- is not defamatory, trade libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
- is not obscene or contain, pornography, child pornography, or photographs of unclothed person(s);
- shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
- shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;
- shall not link directly or indirectly to any materials to which you do not have a right to link to or include.
